At Fayrouz Tile and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, uninstalled materials in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your tiles or stone slabs in their original crates or boxes to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix your RMA label and ship the materials back to our distribution center via a tracked and insured carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
