How can I request a sample before placing a full order?

We highly recommend ordering samples to see the texture and color in your space. You can order up to four 4x4 samples for a flat shipping fee, which is fully refundable if you proceed with a full crate order.

What is the typical lead time for shipping natural stone?

In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom cuts or specialized mosaics may take 2-4 weeks. Once shipped, transit time generally ranges from 3 to 7 days depending on your location.

Do you offer curbside delivery for heavy pallet orders?

Yes, all large stone and tile orders are shipped via LTL freight with lift-gate service. Delivery is curbside only; the driver will drop the pallet at the end of your driveway or curb.

How should I handle damaged tiles upon delivery?

Natural stone is fragile. We recommend ordering 10-15% extra for waste and minor breakage. If you find more than 5% damage upon arrival, please note it on the Proof of Delivery and contact us with photos within 48 hours for a replacement or credit.

Does my natural stone tile need to be sealed?

Yes, most natural stones like marble, travertine, and slate are porous. We recommend sealing your stone before and after grouting to prevent staining and ensure the longevity of your installation.

What is your return policy for overage?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.
